Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any unavoidable reason/s we must be informed of the same in writing and this will be effective from the date we receive a letter in writing.

The cancellation charges would be as follows:

60 days or more prior to arrival - 10% of the tour cost.

59 days - 30 days prior to arrival - 20% of the tour cost.

29 days - 15 days prior to arrival - 30% of the tour cost.

14 days – 0 days, prior to arrival or no show - NO REFUND.

Terms & Conditions

VARANAASI EXCURSION PRIVATE LIMITED employee or agent would never ask for any of your card information related to Number, CVV, Net Banking login, Password, OTP and so forth. Neither would they communicate for transferring funds to any personal account or to install third-party apps like Any Desk, TeamViewer. In case you get into any of such act or any loss of your money, VARANAASI EXCURSION PRIVATE LIMITED  strictly will not be responsible for any sort of losses.
